Hello, and welcome! I’m Mery Rodriguez, your host. Opening the doors of these homes is one of my favorite things. Every one of them is looked after with care, and it means so much when guests choose to stay with us.
My hope for your stay is simple: that you rest well, recharge, and enjoy St. Louis at your own pace. Coffee on a quiet morning, everyone gathered around the table, a good night’s sleep at the end of the day. That is what these homes are for.
And when you book direct, you deal with me personally. I read every booking request and confirm it myself. For quick questions at any hour, my assistant Louisa is at the bottom of the page. She answers right away, and anything she cannot answer comes straight to me. ❤️

How do I book my stay?
Open the home you like, choose your dates on its page, and send a booking request. It comes straight to Mery, your host, who confirms availability and payment details with you personally. Questions first? Tap “Ask Louisa” at the bottom of any page.
When can I check in and check out?
Check in from 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Every home has self check-in with a smart lock or keypad, so there is no key handoff, and before you arrive, you receive your own door code for your stay.
Will I have the whole home to myself?
Yes, every stay is the entire home, all yours for the whole visit.
Can I see prices and availability here?
Each home’s page has a calendar and a booking request form. Prices are not listed on the site, send your dates and Mery will confirm availability and the price for your stay personally.
What should I know about house rules?
The simple ones: check in after 4:00 PM, check out before 11:00 AM, no pets, no smoking, no parties or events, and quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No visitors after quiet hours. Each home’s page lists its full rules.
